Our background is in Scotland, and it remains one of the destinations we know best, the Highlands, Edinburgh, and the routes in between. That experience now extends across the UK, from London to the wider English countryside, so a trip does not need to stop at one region.

Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 2026. Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before booking any service with Alaiban Tourism. By requesting a booking, making a payment, or otherwise instructing us to arrange a service, you accept these Terms in full.
1. Who we are
Alaiban Tourism is a trading name of Alaiban Group Ltd, a private limited company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC823091). References to "we", "us" or "our" mean Alaiban Group Ltd trading as Alaiban Tourism. References to "you" or "the client" mean the person or organisation booking or using our services.
2. Our services
We arrange private tours, airport transfers, travel packages and related concierge services across Scotland and the wider United Kingdom. Many of the services we arrange — including transport, accommodation, activities and venues — are provided by independent third-party suppliers. We act as an intermediary in arranging these services unless we expressly state that we are the direct provider.
3. Enquiries and booking process
- Enquiries are typically made via WhatsApp, our website contact form, or email, and should include your intended dates, group size and requirements.
- A booking is only confirmed once we have provided written confirmation (including via WhatsApp) and, where applicable, received the required deposit or payment.
- You are responsible for checking that all details in your booking confirmation (names, dates, times, pick-up locations) are correct and for notifying us promptly of any errors.
- Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change if not confirmed within that time, due to fluctuations in third-party pricing, availability or exchange rates.
4. Payment
- Payment methods and schedules (deposit and balance, or payment in full) will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Prices are quoted in the currency stated at the time and may include or exclude certain costs (such as entrance fees, gratuities or optional extras), which will be made clear before you confirm.
- Bookings are not guaranteed until any required deposit or payment has been received and confirmed by us.
- We reserve the right to correct any genuine pricing errors, and will inform you before proceeding if a correction affects your booking.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
- If you wish to change or cancel a booking, contact us as early as possible. We will do what we reasonably can to accommodate changes, but this is not guaranteed and may depend on third-party suppliers' own policies.
- Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the service date the cancellation is made, and on the cancellation terms of the specific suppliers involved (for example, hotels, drivers or activity providers).
- Deposits are generally non-refundable unless we are able to recover them from the relevant supplier, or unless required by law.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend a booking where necessary due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (see "Force majeure" below), in which case we will offer an alternative or a refund of amounts not already committed to suppliers, where reasonably possible.
6. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for ensuring that you and all members of your party hold valid passports, visas, and any travel documentation or permissions required for your trip. We do not provide immigration or visa advice.
- You are responsible for arranging your own travel insurance. We strongly recommend adequate cover for cancellation, medical expenses, personal belongings and liability.
- You must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, mobility requirements or special needs that may affect the services we arrange, so that we can advise on suitability.
- You are responsible for your own conduct and that of your party during any tour, transfer or activity, and for complying with the reasonable instructions of drivers, guides and venue staff.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care in selecting the third-party suppliers we work with. However, except where caused by our own negligence or breach of these Terms, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations or standard of service of independent suppliers such as drivers, hotels, airlines, venues or activity operators, whose own terms and conditions will apply to the services they provide. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with a booking is limited to the amount you paid to us for that booking.
8. Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in providing services where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disaster, industrial action, government action, travel restrictions, civil unrest, pandemic, or infrastructure failure.
9. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please tell us as soon as possible, ideally at the time, so that we can try to resolve the issue. Complaints can be raised via WhatsApp or through our Contact page, and we will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
10. Suppliers and partners
Businesses that apply to work with us via our Partner With Us page are subject to our review, and any resulting working relationship is governed by a separate agreement between the parties. Submitting an application does not create any obligation on our part to work with the applicant.
11. Website use and intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to Alaiban Group Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use in connection with a booking enquiry.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The version in force at the time you make a booking will apply to that booking.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

We rely on the following legal bases under UK data protection law: performance of a contract (to arrange and deliver bookings), legitimate interests (to run and improve our business, respond to enquiries, and prevent fraud), consent (for example, for optional marketing communications, which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (such as accounting and tax requirements).
4. Who we share your information with
- Third-party suppliers involved in delivering your booking, such as drivers, hotels, airlines and activity or venue operators, who need relevant details to provide the service.
- Service providers who support our business operations, such as payment processors, communication platforms (including WhatsApp) and IT service providers.
- Professional advisers, such as accountants or legal advisers, where necessary.
- Regulators, law enforcement or other authorities, where we are required to do so by law.
